Copying a Campaign

Copying a campaign from the Job page will automatically copy the campaign into the same Job. If you want to copy a campaign to a different Job, you will need to copy the campaign from the Campaign page (or move the copied campaign, which is described in this article).

From the Job Page (into the same Job)

Step 1. Find and select the Campaign you want to copy.

Step 2. Select the ellipses (three dots) next to the Campaign name on the Campaign list.

Step 3. Select the "Copy" button at the top-right corner of the page.

Step 4. On the Copy pop-up menu, complete the following actions:

  • Name your new Campaign. The default campaign name will be "Copy of [old campaign name]".
  • Select the Sender of the new copied campaign. The default sender is yourself "Me". Please note, if you do not already have permissions, as indicated by the person icon with a \ across, refer to this article on requesting permission.
  • Select the Reply Handler of the new copied campaign. The default sender is yourself "Me".
  • Then select "Next".

Step 5. On the First Message menu, edit the Subject Line, the email addresses of CC/BCC recipients, the variables and the messaging as necessary.

Step 6. Select the "Preview" tab to view a potential First Message outreach with the variables replaced with placeholder text.

Step 7. Select "Create new campaign" and you have completed copying a campaign.

Please note any settings (Email tracking, Send Days, etc.) attached to the old campaign will be copied over to the new campaign.
