Inviting Teammates to Join Humanly
You can invite your teammates on the Invitations page or they can sign up directly on Humanly via Single Sign-On (SSO) and they will be automatically added to your Team.
Before you start
- Only admins can invite an email address that does not match your team domain.
- If your teammate uses a different domain, contact your Humanly admin to send the invite.
Inviting your Teammates
Step 1. Select the drop down menu next to your User Profile Photo on the top-left corner of the page and select "Team" on the drop-down menu.

Step 2. Navigate to the Invitations tab. Select "Invite teammates" button.

Step 3. Select "+ New email" to type your teammate's email address and hit Enter. If you want to invite multiple teammates, you will need to enter them separately by selecting "+ New email" for each teammate.
Only admin users may invite an email that does not use the same domain as your team domain. If your teammate uses a different domain, please contact your Humanly admin and have them send the invite.

Step 4. In Invite as, choose a role:
- Recruiter: access to both Recruiter and Employee sides of the platform.
- Employee: access to only the Employee side.
To invite Employee users, Referrals must be enabled for your team.

Step 5. Select the "Invite" button once you’re ready to send the invitation.
Invitations are valid for 30 days.
After expiration, use Resend in the Action row to send a new invitation

What your teammate does
Your teammate opens the invite email and selects Sign in to Humanly to connect their email account.
