Adding and Removing Reviewers in Jobs

Reviewers are a specialized role within Teamable, responsible for vetting discovered Candidates and approving them or providing feedback prior to the Candidates being messaged. Anyone at your company can be a reviewer for any Job. Most often, reviewers are Hiring Managers or Senior Recruiters mentoring Sourcers for the purposes of calibration. Adding Reviewers to a New Job

Step 1. Review this guide on Creating a new Job.

Step 2. Once you have reached the "Create a new job" pop-up menu, you can enable and toggle on the "Add a candidate reviewer" option. This is available for both Outbound and Inbound campaign types if you have the Premium plan and Inbound Applicant review is enabled.

Step 3. Select and add the teammates you want to review candidates for the Job. You can select yourself "Me (creator)" and/or another teammate.

Please note, if your Job has multiple reviewers, the candidates will appear in every Reviewers' Review tab queue, but only one Reviewer is required to approve or reject candidate

Step 4. Proceed through the rest of the Creating a new Job instructions.

Adding Reviewers to an Existing Job

Step 1. Find the Job you want to add a Reviewer to and select the "Configuration" tab.

Step 2. Under the General section, select the drop-drown menu under "Reviewers" and add the teammates you want to review candidates for the Job. You can set both an Outbound and Inbound reviewer. You can select yourself "Me (creator)" and/or another teammate.


Removing Reviewers from an Existing Job

Step 1. Find the Job you want to remove a Reviewer from and select the "Configuration" tab.

Step 2. Under the General section, select the "X" to the right of the teammate's name to remove them as a Reviewer. Your preferences will be automatically saved.

Please note, removing ALL Reviewers on a Job with candidates actively in the Review queue will automatically approve the candidates and the campaign messaging sequence will immediately go out.

Changing Review Options from an Existing Job

Step 1. Find the Job with Reviewers assigned and select the "Configuration" tab.

Step 2. Under the Candidate Review section, select the drop-drown menu under "Review option" and select one of the following options:

  • Review all candidates - This option will send all candidates sourced by you, your teammates, and Teamable to the Reviewers' Review queue
  • Review all candidates (except when the sourcer is the reviewer) - This option will send all candidates sourced by any teammate that is not a Reviewer to the Reviewers' queue.
  • Review only candidates sourced by Teamable - This option will send candidates only sourced by Teamable to the Reviewers' Review queue. You and your teammates' sourced candidates will not go through the Review queue.

The chosen setting will be automatically saved to the Job.


Adding and Removing Reviewers in the Sourcing Slideout

You can add and remove reviewers for candidates while in the sourcing slideout.

Please note: changing the reviewer(s) within the sourcing slideout will not change the review settings for the job. Changing the reviewer(s) within the sourcing slideout will only change the reviewer(s) for the selected candidate(s).
