If I send a message as my teammate, who do the responses go to?

The responses will go to the inbox of the Sender, not the Sourcer, unless you have Reply Handler feature enabled and set up where the Campaign Owner handle the replies. For more details check out the article on Handling Candidate Replies in Outbound Campaigns.
