Can I schedule or customize the time the First Message sends?
You can customize the day and time your follow-ups reach the candidate, but at this time you cannot customize the time the First Message reaches the candidate within Teamable.
Options outside of Teamable: We recommend saving the candidate to your Job "Saved for later" to engage at a later time OR schedule the First Message in your email client application (Gmail or Microsoft Outlook) directly by sending each individual First Message from your Drafts folder.
Moving your First Message to your Email Client's Drafts Folder
Step 1. Select the Jobs or Campaigns tab, then find and select your Campaign.
Step 2. On the campaign page, select the Settings tab.
Step 3. Under the Messaging section, select the drop-down arrow in the "Send as" box to adjust the Sender.
Step 4. Select "Me - preview email in 'Drafts'".
All your First Messages will now appear in your email client's Drafts folder.
Please note: you can also change this setting for an individual candidate, or bulk recruited candidates, in the sourcing slideout.
Step 5. You can use the Schedule Send feature in Gmail or Delivery options in Outlook for Microsoft.
Gmail users: In your Gmail's Drafts folder, select the First Message email you want to send and select drop-down arrow next to the "Send" button and select "Schedule send".
