Recruiting an AI Recommended Candidate

How do I recruit a Recommended candidate?

Step 1. Navigate to the "Sourcing" tab (if you need instructions, check out this article).

Step 2. On the candidate card of the candidate you'd like to recruit, select the "Recruit" button to the right. Please note, you can click and interact with highlighted items to help refine the similarity model as you go.

You can also recruit a candidate from the candidate profile slide-out, which is accessible by selecting the candidate's profile picture or name.

Step 3. Once you select "Recruit", the sourcing slideout will appear on the left side of the screen. At the top of the slideout, you can select the campaign you want to use for outreach, generate personal messaging OR you can save the candidate for later.

You are able to edit messaging to the candidate(s) within the sourcing slideout. You can also request an intro to this candidate if they are connected to someone within your network.

Bulk Recruiting

You can utilize the checkboxes to recruit multiple candidates at once.

Step 1. Select the checkbox on the left side of the candidate card for each candidate you would like to recruit. Please note, it is recommended to leave feedback on what attributes you like and dislike about candidates before recruiting them in order to improve the Recommendation model.

Step 2. Once you have all candidates selected, select the "Recruit" button at the top of the page.

Step 3. Once you select "Recruit", the sourcing slideout will appear on the left side of the screen. At the top of the slideout, you can select the campaign you want to use for outreach OR you can save the candidates for later.

You are able to edit messaging to the candidates within the sourcing slideout. Please note that the same outreach will be sent to all selected candidates. You are not able to request intros when bulk recruiting.

What happens when I recruit a Recommended candidate?

When you recruit a Recommended candidate, the candidate will be moved from the Recommendations tab under Sourcing to the Candidates tab.

If you choose to send outreach, the candidate will be sent the regular outbound messaging used in the campaign.

Recruiting a recommended candidate will only affect that candidate under that particular Job, and will not have an affect on the model used to recommend candidates.
