Reach Out Tab

The Reach Out tab in the Teamable Chrome Extension is where you can find and preview your Campaign messaging templates and your Campaign Settings.

First Message

On the First Message submenu under the Editor tab, you can edit the First Message right in the Extension to customize and tailor the messaging to the candidate's profile. Use any of the variables available: {First Name}, {Company}, {Sentence}, and {Signature}.

Select the Preview tab, to preview the potential First Message outreach to the candidate.

Follow Ups

On the Follow ups submenu, under any of the follow ups, you can preview the follow-up templates in the Extension, but you will not be able to edit them in the Extension.

Select the "Edit in Teamable" link to visit the Teamable page to edit the follow ups. Please note that you cannot customize your follow ups on a per candidate basis unless you edit the follow-up templates every time manually.

Replies

On the Replies submenu, under any of the reply templates, you can preview the reply templates in the Extension, but you will not be able to edit them in the Extension.

Select the "Edit in Teamable" link to visit the Teamable page to edit the reply templates. Check out the Handling Candidate Replies article for more information on reply template options and settings.

Settings

On the Settings submenu, you can edit the Sender and the Reviewers in the Extension. The default Senders and Reviewers will be based on your settings for the Campaign.

You can choose candidates to be reviewed by other teammates or change the sender. Please note that you can only have a single Sender for the entire Campaign outreach sequence. If you would like to CC or BCC yourself or another teammate, you will need to add the email addresses in the Campaign template page.
