How calendars become disconnected
There are a few reasons why your calendar can become disconnected from Humanly that are outlined below.

- Google Calendar revokes the token after 6 months of inactivity
- Microsoft revokes the token after 90 days of inactivity
In the context of token expiration, inactivity refers to the period during which the access token is not being used to access the Google Calendar API. This means that if the access token is not used to make API requests within a certain period of time, typically determined by the expiration time of the token, it will expire due to inactivity.
Inactivity also does not mean that there are no calendar events on the user's calendar for a certain period of time.

- The original request to connect the calendar is malformed or invalid
