How do I use Meetings?

What is Meetings?

Humanly allows candidates to apply for jobs through your customized chat conversation. During that chat, the candidates will share their information and answers questions that will screen and qualify them for specific roles. Candidates will also be enabled to schedule an interview directly on your calendar through the Humanly powered chat.

Meetings is the hub in the Humanly App where you will be able to view and manage all of your upcoming meetings with candidates that have been scheduled through Humanly. On this tab you will be able to View upcoming meetings, review candidate information and their chat history, and Reschedule, or Cancel the upcoming interviews on your calendar.

View & modify Meetings with your candidates

By clicking the 3 horizontal dots on any given meeting, you will be able to view information about the candidate, as well as modify or cancel the meeting.

Invitee details Opens up details about the candidate that were collected during their Chat to screen & scheduling an interview with your team.

View in calendar Opens a new tab with your Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar. This calendar will be the one that is connected to your Humanly Account.

Request to reschedule

This allows you to send an email directly to the candidate to notify them to reschedule the interview.

The message and subject of the messaging is fully customizable. A link to reschedule on your calendar (similar to what was used in the original scheduling chat) will be automatically sent to the candidate with the message.

Cancel meeting This allows you to cancel the interview with a candidate. This option will not allow for rescheduling. The text of the cancellation that is sent is fully customizable.


What does a candidate see when scheduling a Meeting?

When a candidate reaches the scheduling portion of the chat, they are given a list of your upcoming calendar availability. Candidates can choose a day and then they will be given a choice of times. The available times will reflect the available time blocks in your calendar and will follow the rules you set up when you set your calendar preferences.

Can candidates reschedule or cancel meetings?

Yes! Candidates are able to reschedule and cancel meetings by following the link in their calendar event. If they want to reschedule, they are given a new list of available dates and times in your calendar. They will also be asked to give a reason why they are rescheduling or canceling the meeting.

Filter your Meetings

With our customizable view filters, you can filter all of your meetings to easily find the information you need. You can filter your meetings based on meeting status, invitee, or whether the meetings are coming up or in the past.

You can filter your meetings based on the status of the candidate meeting. The meeting statuses are Active, Canceled, and No-show.

There are slightly different experiences with the Host filter in Meetings depending on your role. As an Admin, you will be able to view and edit ALL meetings across all users in your team. As a Recruiter, you will be able to view and edit meetings only for your own calendar.

How do I mark a candidate as a "No-show"

Sometimes, despite reminders and opportunities to reschedule or cancel a meeting, a candidate does not show up to a scheduled interview and you would like to mark a candidate as a "No-show". In the Meetings hub of the Humanly app you can navigate to the Past view section and see a list of all of your past meeting attendees. Click the three vertical dots on the far right of the candidates name, then you can mark the candidate as a "No-show".

As you can see, with Meetings you have visibility into the interviews that are scheduled on your calendar by Humanly. You also have the ability to view candidate information and reschedule or cancel interviews if the need were to arise.
