How do I give feedback on AI Recommendations?
Giving Feedback via Attribute Pills
When viewing a candidate card or candidate slide-out, accessible by clicking on the candidate's name, certain attributes are highlighted and can be reviewed by users.
Highlighted attributes show what the Teamable model believes are important about that candidate. You can let Teamable know what attributes you prefer, and which you do not, by selecting the attribute pill and selecting "Must have", "Nice to have", and "Dealbreaker". These are color coded in the same way as the Smart Filters.
"Must have"
Selecting "Must have" as your feedback on an attribute pill will act much like a filter. Teamable will treat this attribute more like a requirement than a preference. The attribute pill will turn blue and show a green check mark for that candidate and any other candidate who shares that attribute.
"Nice to have"
By selecting "Nice to have" on an attribute pill, you are indicating that you prefer that attribute for a candidate. Teamable's Recommendations model will adjust to find more candidates that share that particular attribute and rank candidates with more "Nice to have" attributes higher in the candidate list. The attribute pill will turn blue and show a green thumbs-up icon for that candidate and any other candidate who shares that attribute.
It is important to note how 'Nice to have' works as a soft criteria set. Not every candidate you see will have an exact match on ALL of these attributes. Additionally, 'Nice to have' may be leveraged to find similar matches based on that attribute. For example: we may surface candidates that worked for either fintech or cryptocurrency companies in the past even if the expressed "Nice to have" industry is just "cryptocurrency"
"Dealbreaker"
Selecting "Dealbreaker" as your feedback on an attribute pill will act much like a filter. Teamable will disqualify candidates from the pool who have this attribute pill. The attribute pill will turn blue and show a red symbol for that candidate and any other candidate who shares that attribute.
Changing the Views
The default view of across Teamable is "Short list" - this is the typical, small sized candidate card that shows a preview of work history.
However, you are also able to view important attributes for each candidate with the "Best attributes" viewing mode. This allows you to see what is being prioritized immediately and make changes to the search based on real candidate profiles.
