Changing a Candidate Status
After approving an applicant and moving them to the Candidates tab, you can manually change their status to Interview or Hired. To change the candidate status, check out this guide. In a future update, the change will be automated based on the Greenhouse stage.
Please note you cannot change the status of an applicant before making an approval or rejection decision
