Deactivating and Stopping a Job or a Campaign

Deactivating a Job or Campaign will hide it from your Job or Campaign tabs. You will only be able to view a deactivated job or campaign using the filter pill "Status: Closed". You can choose to re-open and reactivate at any time. Check out the article on Reactivating Closed Jobs or Campaigns.

Deactivating a Job

Please note the following when deactivating and stopping a Job:

  • All Campaigns under the Job will be deactivated and all pending outreach sequences will be stopped.
    • If you want to continue all pending outreach sequences, considering deactivating a individual Campaign instead, see "Deactivating a Campaign" section below for more information.
  • Teamable will no longer detect or track candidate responses. Responses will appear in the Sender's inbox regardless of the assigned Reply Handler. 
  • You cannot "pause" a Job temporarily and restart the Campaigns' messaging at a later time.

Step 1. On the Jobs tab, find your Job and select the name of the Job.

Step 2. Select the three dots (ellipsis) on the top-right corner of the page.

Step 3. On the drop-down menu, select "Close"

Deactivating a Campaign

Please note the following when deactivating and stopping a Campaign:

  • You can choose to deactivate the Campaign only and still have all pending outreach send as scheduled

OR

  • You can choose to deactivate the Campaign and all pending outreach sequences will be stopped.
    • Teamable will no longer detect or track candidate responses. Responses will appear in the Sender's inbox regardless of the assigned Reply Handler. 
    • You cannot "pause" a Campaign temporarily and restart the messaging at a later time.

Deactivate a Campaign and Continue Candidate Outreach Sequences

Step 1. On the Campaign page, select the ellipses (three dots), then select "Deactivate". 

Step 2. Select the "Deactivate" option.

Deactivate a Campaign and Stop All Candidate Outreach Sequences

Step 1. On the Campaign page, select the ellipses (three dots), then select "Deactivate". 

Step 2. Select the "Deactivate and stop outreach" option.

  •  All pending messages, replies and follow-up messages will be cancelled and stopped, and they cannot be restarted at a later time.
  • Teamable will no longer detect or track candidate responses. Responses will appear in the Sender's inbox regardless of the assigned Reply Handler. 
  • You cannot "pause" a Campaign temporarily and restart the messaging at a later time.
