User Settings: Timezones and Business Hours

Teamable will send your First Message and follow-up outreaches during business hours, which by default is between 9:00AM - 8:00PM, Monday -  Friday automatically set to Pacific time when you sign up via SSO Gmail or Microsoft 365. If you would like to send out your messages as soon as possible without business hour restrictions, follow the instructions below for directions on adjusting outreach times outside of business hours.If you would like to adjust the business hours for all campaigns, you can change your local timezone to another. Please note that it would affect all your Campaigns.

Step 1. Go to your User Profile Settings by selecting your User Profile on the top-right corner of the page and select "Settings".

Step 2. Under the User tab, select the "Timezone" drop-down menu and choose your timezone.

Adjusting the First Message Outreach Outside of Business Hours

Step 1. Go to your user profile settings by selecting your User Profile on the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2. Scroll down to "When sourcing outside of the business hours?" section, select the drop-down menu and choose the pption "Send messages as soon as possible, including after business hours".

By default, "Send messages the following morning" will only allow outreach to send starting at 9:00AM based on your timezone.
