Integrating with TalentWall™ by Crosschq
This feature is available on request as an additional feature, please reach out to your Sales team or Account Manager or support@teamable.com for more information.
Currently the integration is available to Greenhouse and Lever users, however for Lever the instructions below are not applicable, please reach out to your Account Manager more for details.
Requirements
- You must be a Teamable Admin
- You must be a TalentWall™ Admin
- Your team must have connected an ATS (Greenhouse) to Teamable
Generating your Teamable API for TalentWall™
Step 1. Select your User Profile Photo.
Step 2. Select "Settings" to go to your User Settings.
Step 3. Select the "Integrations" tab on the Settings page.
Step 4. Your team should have the ATS selected already, Greenhouse. If not, please check out the article on Integrating Greenhouse with Teamable.
Step 5. Scroll to the "Manage Teamable Partner Integrations" section and under Teamable API Key, select the "Enable" button.
Step 6. Copy the key provided.
If you need to regenerate the key, select the "Regenerate" button.
Step 7. Visit the Settings link to go directly to the TalentWall™ Settings and skip to Step 11 OR follow the steps below to navigate to the from the TalentWall™ Settings.
Step 8. On your TalentWall™ dashboard, select the User Profile icon on the top-right corner of the screen.
Step 9. Select "Account Settings".
Step 10. Select the "Integrations" tab.
Step 11. Scroll down to the "Teamable Configuration" section and paste your copied Teamable API Key generated earlier.
Step 11. Select the "Save" button.
