What happens in Greenhouse when a candidate does not respond or responds "not interested'?

It depends on the Greenhouse settings for the Campaign.

If a candidate responds "Not Interested", with the setting "Convert to Candidate (on positive reply)" set to "Yes", then the candidate will remain the Prospect status.

If a candidate does not respond to any of the outreach, they will remain as Prospect.

We recommend that the candidate remain in Greenhouse as Prospects (if they never responded or responded positively) to ensure that they are tracked in Greenhouse and avoid duplicative outreach from Teamable.
