Chrome Extension isn't working

Step 1. Determine if you have downloaded the latest version of Chrome and the latest Humanly Chrome Extension.

Step 2. Remove the Extension from Chrome, then try adding to Chrome.

Step 3. Restart your Chrome browser.

Step 4. Log out of Humanly and log in.

These steps resolves most extension related issues.

If the issue persists, visit chrome://settings/clearBrowserData and clear your browser cache and cookies.
