In the Sourcing section, you’ll find a variety of filters designed to help you quickly identify and narrow down the right candidates. Below is a detailed breakdown of each filter available, along with guidance on how they work and how you can use them to optimize your search and sourcing strategy.

Filters


  • Keywords

Searches for any terms that appear in a candidate’s profile.

You can also build and paste a Boolean search string here to speed up your filtering and create more precise keyword combinations.

  • Industry

Filters candidates based on the industries and sub-industries where they are currently employed, using Crunchbase data.

Subcategories appear in the format Category / Subcategory.

  • Location

Allows you to filter candidates by geographic area, including distance from a selected city.

  • Current Title

Searches for your entered keywords specifically within a candidate’s current job title on LinkedIn.

Boolean search admitted.

  • Any Title

Searches for keywords across both current and past job titles.

Boolean search admitted.

  • Current Company

Filters candidates who are currently employed at the specified company.

Boolean search admitted.

  • Any Company

Searches for candidates associated with the specified company at any point (past or present).

Boolean search admitted.

  • Education Institution

Finds candidates who graduated from the specified school or university.

  • Degree Level

Filters based on the type or level of degree obtained.

Searches within the candidate’s education details to identify their stated major or field of study.

Advanced Filters


  • Years of Total Experience

Includes all professional experience before, during, and after college.

  • Time at Current Company

Filters candidates based on tenure in their current role.

  • Time Spent in Last Job

Filters candidates based on the duration of their previous role.

  • Any Company Start Size

Filters by company size at the time the candidate joined (for past or present companies).

  • Any Company End Size

Filters by company size at the time the candidate left (for past or present companies).

  • Current Company Funding Stage

Shows candidates currently working at a company in the selected funding stage.

Data source: Crunchbase.

  • Any Company Funding Stage

Filters based on past or present companies at the specified funding stage.



X-Factor Filters


  • Diversity

Finds candidates from underrepresented groups, including URG, female, and military backgrounds.

  • Tags

Filters candidates based on ATS or CRM tags applied to their profiles.

  • Origin

Identifies candidates by sourcing origin (e.g., internal, Humanly-sourced, etc.).

  • Outreach Type

Filters previously contacted candidates based on the outreach strategy used (outbound, inbound, referral, LinkedIn InMail, etc.).


Your Team Filters

Helpful for re-engagement workflows and reviewing pipeline activity.

  • Date Sourced

The date the candidate was first added to the CRM.

  • Date Reached

The date outreach was sent to the candidate.

  • Date Responded

The date the candidate first replied.

  • Date of Last Activity

The most recent date of any recorded interaction.

  • Sourcer

Identifies which team member added the candidate to the CRM.

  • Rejection Reason

Shows why a candidate was disqualified from the process.

  • ATS Source

Filters candidates by the source category stored in your ATS.

  • Furthest ATS Stage

Filters based on the last stage the candidate reached in your ATS recruitment workflow.

  • Humanly Job

Targets candidates associated with specific Humanly job pipelines.

  • Candidate Status

Reflects the candidate’s current stage/status in the CRM pipeline.

  • Activity

Displays the candidate's sub-status within the pipeline.
