How to navigate the Humanly Overview Page
Overview Page
The Overview page of the Humanly App is where you can see the high level view all of the chat conversations that have come through your Organization. You can also use filter the conversations based on Qualification status and conversation date.
Filter based on date
You can filter the conversations that are shown by clicking on the Last 24 hours button on the top right of the page. The preset ranges are Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and a Custom date range. To create a custom date range, click the button and select a Start date and End date for your desired range.
Filter based on Qualification Status
The qualification status of the candidate can also be used to filter the conversations that are shown. The default view shows all candidate statuses, but you can click Qualified or Disqualified at the top of the page to show only those conversations.
