Editing Greenhouse Developer Permissions

Please note, you cannot edit your own Greenhouse user permissions. You may need to ask another Site Admin to follow the following steps.

Step 1. In the Greenhouse instance, at the top-right of page, select the Configure cog icon.

Step 2.  Under the Configure sidebar, select "Users".

Step 3. Select the user you would like to edit permissions for.  Please note, you cannot edit your own Greenhouse user permissions. You may need to ask another Site Admin to follow the following steps.

The other Site Admin will need to have the the following User-Specific Permissions to give you Developer Permissions:

  • Edit another user's advanced permissions

Step 4. Under Developer Permissions section, enable the following Developer Permissions:

  • Manage Job Board related API Credentials
  • Manage ALL organization's API Credentials
  • Manage and configure web hooks

Your user account will now have access to Developer Permissions to create a Greenhouse Harvest API Key.
