The candidate I sourced wasn't pushed to my ATS.

When sourcing, Teamable will not push candidates to the ATS until the initial email is sent to the candidate. When sourcing outside of sending hours, candidates sourced will not be pushed to the ATS until initial outreach is sent during sending hours. 

If you use the LinkedIn InMail feature within the extension, the candidate will then be pushed to the ATS directly.
