How Employees Respond to Intro Requests

Employees have three options when responding to an intro request: proceed with making the introduction, allow the recruiter to use their name when contacting the candidate or to pass on the introduction altogether.

Make Intro

When the employee selects the "Make intro" button, they will have two options to complete the introduction. They can either send an email via Teamable, or copy and send the referral link to the candidate directly.

Mention My Name

When the employee selects the "Mention my name" button, the fallback outbound message that you selected when requesting the intro will be sent per your campaign settings. If the "sentence" variable is utilized in the outbound campaign, then the employee's name will be mentioned on the email.

Pass

When the employee selects the "Pass" button, they will not complete the introduction and the fallback outbound message that you selected when requesting the intro will be sent per your campaign settings. This will not include any reference to the employee.
