Your account on Teamable may have been unauthenticated and usually that happens because of a password change.

Please re-authenticate your account by logging out and logging back in with the email addresses via Single Sign-On (SSO) associated with your user.

What if I can no longer send messages on behalf of a teammate?

If you were able to send on behalf of your teammate previously, but get notified you cannot send emails as your teammate any more, it is likely the same problem described above. Your teammate may need to re-authenticate by logging out and logging back in.
