Previewing the Email in your own Mailbox Drafts folder

If you want Teamable to process the outreach and move the First Message to your Drafts folder instead of sending it, you can choose the option from the Campaign Settings menu.

Step 1. Go to your Campaign.

Step 2. Select the Settings tab.

Step 3. Under Messaging - Send as section, select the drop-drown arrow on the right-side of the screen.

Step 4. Select "Me - preview in 'Drafts'".

You can also change this setting for an individual candidate, or bulk selected candidates, in the sourcing slideout. Please note, changing messaging or settings within the sourcing slideout will only affect the selected candidate(s) and does not change the settings for the campaign overall.

When you save candidates with the Teamable Chrome Extension, you will see the option to "Create draft" instead of "Send" or "Review".
