If you've tried all the applicable troubleshooting steps and the 401 issue persists, Google Chrome is likely blocking third-party cookies.
Unblock Third-Party Cookies
Step 1. Select the ellipses (three dots) at the top-right corner of your Chrome Browser.
Step 2. Select "Settings".
Step 3. Select the "Privacy and security" tab and then the "Cookies and other site data" option.
Step 4. Ensure "Block third-party cookies" or "Block all cookies" is not selected or enabled. If either option is selecte, then select any of the other options available. We suggest "Block third-party cookies in incognito".
