I can't link my ATS job requisition because it's connected to another Job!
Only one ATS job can be linked with a single Teamable Job at a time.
By default, Teamable will automatically create a new Job for every new job requisition in your ATS. Teamable currently support Greenhouse, Lever, BambooHR, Workable, SmartRecruiters, JazzHR, SuccessFactors, Ashby, Workday, Oracle Taleo, Jobvite, iCIMS, and Oracle Fusion - Recruiting Cloud. If you don't see your ATS listed here, contact your account representative to understand how we can accommodate you.
To change the default setting, visit the Integrations page in your User Profile Photo Settings page. You must be an Admin on your Team's Teamable account to view and adjust the setting.
In order to link an ATS job requisition with a different Teamable Job, you will need to remove theJob from the original linked Job.
Removing an ATS job requisition from a Job
Step 1. Find and go to the Job.
Step 2. Select the "Configuration" tab.
Step 3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
Step 4. Under the "ATS job" section, hover your cursor over the drop-down menu and select the red X on the right-side of the linked job.
If your Team has the "autocreate Job connected to a new ATS job requisition" setting enabled, you will have to quickly reconnect it to a new Job or else after the ATS API resynchronizes with Teamable (~every 31 minutes), another new Job will be autocreated and connected to your job requisition.
Re-connecting your ATS job requisition to another Job
Step 1. After you have disconnected your ATS job requisition from the old Job, find and select your new Job.
Step 2. Select the new Job's "Configuration" tab.
Step 3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
Step 4. Under the "ATS job" section, select the drop-down menu and select your ATS job requisition you want to connect.
Any job requisitions that do not have the suffix " - Connected" are not currently connected to a Job.
Step 5. You can view and click/hover over the ATS icon at the top of the page to verify the connection.
