Q: When I click on the email to review and approve candidates, I see "You have no intro requests." Why?

A: There are three reasons why this can occur.

You have already acted on the requests directly from the Teamable dashboard or previously via email.
The job has been archived before you clicked the link so no further action is required. This can occur if the recruiting team has changed or filled the position.
You are logged into the wrong account

To check for this, click on the image in the top right corner, log out and log back in again.
