You can use the following reporting within your ATS, Lever, to track all Teamable candidates. In this article, you can find the instructions to create the following 3 reports:

Teamable All Candidates Tracking. This report provides you with a breakdown of all candidates found in Teamable and created in Lever. This report should be run on a weekly basis.
Teamable Offer Tracking. This report provides insight to offers from Teamable referrals. This report should be run on a weekly basis.
Teamable Open Candidates to Action. This report provides you with a list of candidates that have been created in Lever from Teamable but are pending you or a team member to either move them forward to decline. This report should be run on a daily or regular basis.

Find below the steps for creating each of these reports.

Teamable All Candidates Tracking

Go to '**Reports**' in the drop-down menu.



Under '**Candidate stats**', click on '**by source**'.



Under '**Top sources**', click on '**Teamable**'. NOTE: From this main page, you can see the volume summary for Teamable referrals for each stage.



Click '**Bookmark**', add the name '_Teamable All Candidates Tracking_' and click '**Save**' to save the report.



You can then export the report into a spreadsheet to send by clicking '**Export to spreadsheet**'.

Great job! You've now created the Teamable All Candidates Tracking report in Lever. Now, on to the Teamable Offer Tracking Report!

Teamable Offer Tracking

Go to '**Reports**' in the drop-down menu.



Under '**Candidate stats**', click on '**by source**'.



Under '**Top sources**', click on '**Teamable**'. NOTE: From this main page, you can see the volume summary for Teamable referrals for each stage.



Click on '**Filter**' to expand the filter section.



Under '**Status**', type in '**Offer**' and select '**Offer**' from the drop-down to add it to the search criteria then click '**Create Report**'. NOTE: You can use this process to create additional reports, for example one for on-sites and just adjust the value in the "Status" field.



Click 'Bookmark', add the name '_Teamable Offer Tracking_' and click '**Save**' to save the report.



You can then export the report into a spreadsheet to send by clicking '**Export to spreadshee**t'.

Great job! You've now created the T_eamable Offer Tracking_ report in Lever. Now, onto the Teamable Open Candidates to Action Report!

Teamable Open Candidates to Action

Go to '**Reports**' in the drop-down menu.



Under '**Candidate stats**', click on '**by source**'.



Under '**Top sources**', click on '**Teamable**'. NOTE: From this main page, you can see the volume summary for Teamable referrals for each stage.



Click on '**Filter**' to expand the filter section.



Under '**Status**', type in '**New Lead**' and select '**New Lead**' from the drop-down to add it to the search criteria then click '**Create Report**'.



Click on the '**Start Date**' and change the date to '**TODAY**' so that both start and end dates are today.



Click '**Bookmark**', add the name '_Teamable Open Candidates to Action_' and click '**Save**' to save the report.



You can then export the report into a spreadsheet to send by clicking '**Export to spreadsheet**'.

Great job! You've now created the Teamable Open Candidates to Action report for Lever ATS users.

To view any of the 3 reports you've just created:

Click on '**Overview**' under '**Bookmarks**' in the left-side navigation panel.



Click on any of the reports to re-run it.
