To do a boolean search, choose 'Boolean' from the search mode for any job.

The boolean search can be used for both job titles and skills. Teamable matches based on current title and skills anywhere that we can find them on the web including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and Github.

Be sure to include synonyms in order to return the most results, for example:

"software engineer" OR "software developer" OR "software development engineer"

Then include NOT terms for the titles or skills you'd like to exclude, for example:

NOT("product manager" or marketing or hr)

Using simple boolean search logic, you can more tightly control your search results. But remember you are already limiting yourself to people your employees have chosen to connect with. And you are getting a second opinion from the employee that has connected with them so your bar for precision is much lower than typical sourcing.
