There are two ways a prospective candidate can be hidden from search results:

Recruiter hides talent from job's search page
Recruiter or employee hides talent from their matches page

Figure One: Example of the Hide action on a candidate card.

Whenever a recruiter hides a prospective candidate from a job search page:**

The talent will not appear in that job's search page for any recruiter, unless it is a name search. If it is a name search, the hide button should become '*unhide**'.
The talent will not appear among employees/recruiters matches page, unless user does name search. If it is a name search, the buttons on talent card should be the same as in other cases (if the talent were not hidden).
This action will not have any affect on talent's visibility on other job's search and matches page for any employee/recruiter.

Whenever a recruiter or employee hides a prospective candidate from their matches page:

This action will not affect talent's visibility on specified job's search page.
The talent will not appear among current employee's (or recruiter's) matches page, unless it is a name search. If it is a name search, the hide button should become '*unhide**'.
This action will not affect talent's visibility on other employees(recruiters) matches page
This action will not have any affect on other job's search and matches page for any employee/recruiter.
