When employees make a referral for a person outside of their network, they will be prompted to answer a short questionnaire about the referral in order to provide more context to the recruiter.
There are three required questions, as well as an opportunity to leave any additional comments.
The responses will be added to the referral's profile within the Recruiting Portal and your team's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
To access the responses, select the referral's name or profile picture in the Recruiter Portal and navigate to the "CRM" tab of the candidate slideout.
By default, the questionnaire will only populate for referrals outside of the employee's network. The questionnaire can be toggled on for all referrals, or can be disabled completely. To enable this feature or change when it is displayed, please contact email@example.com.
