Teamable Candidates are being added as Greenhouse Candidates instead of Prospects!

The ATS feature is only available to users on the Essential and Premium plans.

If you are running into the issue of Teamable candidates being added to Greenhouse as Candidates instead of Prospects, you may have some incorrect ATS settings for your Teamable Job. Follow the troubleshooting steps below.

Troubleshooting

Check your Teamable Job settings to see if the Prospect settings was enabled.

Step 1. Find and select your Job.
Step 2. Select the Settings tab.

Step 3. Scroll down to the Integrations section.
Step 4. Ensure "Candidates as prospect" is selected "Yes". If not, select "Yes" in the "Candidates as prospect" drop-down menu.

Optional, Step 5. Select your options for "Convert to candidate" and set the "Candidate first stage" in the ATS.

Requirements

• You must be an Admin on your Team account

If you would like all of your Team's Jobs to default " Candidates as prospect: Yes" follow the following steps.

Step 1. Select your User Profile Photo.

Step 2. Select "Settings" to go to your User Settings.

Step 3. Select the Integrations tab.

Step 4. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Under "Default settings for new jobs", enable and toggle ON "Add as 'Prospects'".

All new and future Teamable Jobs will have candidates in Teamable added to your Greenhouse ATS as Greenhouse Prospects.
